It does so by facilitating a provision of opportunities for participation over and above the ballot box as well as a means of involvement between elections

Voter Education & Registration Campaign

In partnership with New Community Partnership (NCP), the Africa Centre embarked on a political education and voter registration campaign for Local government and European elections that took place on the 5th of June 2009. It was a very successful campaign and the first step to creating awareness and increasing civic participation of the immigrant community in Ireland.
